How does it work?

Book your recording
Let's find a date that suits you and we'll then plan a recording that suits you and your budget. We offer in person or remote options.

Get ready
We'll arrange a call with the person being recorded if we haven't already. Other family members can answer a quick quiz if they want to help prepare.

Hit record!
The recording day is often our customers' favourite bit, journeying back through memories, challenges and the milestones that mattered.

The Edit Room
Your audio will be expertly edited. You have two opportunities to feedback, so you can be sure you'll be thrilled with the final product.

Receive your recording
Once you're sent your recording it's yours for you to share with others however you want.
You'll receive the file over email or a USB stick.
If you'd like to join the wait list for a photo frame, you'll receive a photo of the day with a QR code linked to your recording, safely stored on a personal website.
